Rufus smirks as Cloud grasps his ankle even though he had told him not to touch. It was just such a small touch but it makes him shiver with anticipation as he feels Cloud's breath against his skin
"I told you not to touch," he murmurs but his voice is amused and he doesn't draw his foot away from Cloud's grasp. He can feel the strength in Cloud's hand even though he's not holding him firmly. He's curious to see what Cloud will do now.
He even provides a little more temptation as he leans back, running a hand up his thigh lightly as he makes sure he's making eye contact with Cloud. There is a smirk on his lips, he knows exactly what he's done. "Whatever will I do with you?"
